Timeless Elegance and Natural Beauty: Discover Villa Silvana's Luxurious Retreat on the Amalfi Coast
Luxurious, classic and sober the villa’s style is characterized by granites, marble, stones typical of the Vesuvius and refined woods, furnished with design furniture, fine paintings dating from the end of the last century and antique pieces. The villa was designed and realized by one of the main characters of the academy of architecture of Naples.
The path that leads to the villa, after entering the gates that surround the perimeter of the property, is characterized by vegetation typical of the mediterranean scrub, in particular by centennial olive trees, from which we produce our own olive oil, and both lemon and orange trees, characteristic of the Sorrento area and fundamental to keep the dualism between the luxury and the traditional. The garden is terraced, a typical feature in the Amalfi coast, and grants to the guests’ different views to the already panoramic area.
This floor is characterized by the stunning infinity pool, 80sqm, that also has a jacuzzi incorporated. More importantly the pool is super panoramic on all the islands of the gulf of Naples and part of the Amalfi coast itself. In the area surrounding the pool there is a solarium furnished with sunbeds, chairs, sofa sets etc. as the solarium also all the terraces of the villa are furnished by quality pieces.
On the same floor as the infinity pool there is an open space living room/dining room and closed off kitchen.
The living area has sofas, seating up to 20 people, and a smart TV where the guests can enjoy their favorite shows, a granite and durmast wood dining table, seating up to 12 people, a white marble gaming/working table and a fireplace.
The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and on the outside, on the wrap around porch there is an elegant marble and wrought-iron table and chairs, seating up to 8 people, where the guests can enjoy all the meals of the day, while being seated right in front of the sea. In front of the kitchen there is a guest bathroom.
All the bedrooms in the villa are furnished with designer furniture and characterized by typical mediterranean objects and pieces. The rooms are spread out through 3 floors of the villa. The 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are suites with an additional sofa bed/twin bed, all have private bathrooms inside the bedrooms. The bedrooms have all the needed comforts and beyond in them. All of them have panoramic windows and access to private terraces.
At the villa there also is an elevator that comfortably allows guests to reach the different floors.

The 5 bedrooms all have private ensuite bathrooms. The bedroom on the top floor of the villa specifically, also has an annected and private living room, where two twin beds can be added. There also is an additional, smaller, bedroom on the first floor, without its own bathroom, with a 140cm bed.
